Shipping policy

My personalised pictures are obviously made to order... this means time is needed to create the perfect gift once you've placed your order. On average, I need 7-10 days to create your picture. Shipping then takes 2-5 working days as I use Royal Mail Second Class post.

If you need your picture sooner than that, it is always an option! Please use the Contact Me page to let me know what you need and by when and I will do my best to accommodate! And if you need your picture for a birthday/anniversary/special occasion, which obviously means you need it by a specific date, then please please please allow enough time for the picture to be made. I want to help, but turning back time is sadly not one of my super powers!

For those in/around Glasgow I am based in G77 and your picture can be collected. Please select the collection option at checkout to remove the postage fees.
